Recreational facilities include picnic shelters, play equipment, sandy beach and swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking trails, snow shoeing trails, ice fishing, cross-country skiing, geocaching, letter boxing, picture post and more. Bathroom facilities are available at main parking lot, near the shelter and beach.
Motorized vehicles and bicycles not allowed in the park (motorized wheel chairs are the exception).
Spring-fed tributary of Moen Creek flows into Stewart Lake and offers a challenge for Trout and Bass fishing. Gas motors are not allowed on Stewart Lake (small electric motors permitted).
